Good morning Alan, thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of service that we provide. Due to the coronation and other events, we have been exceptionally busy. This meant that, in some cases, the rate of response to emails was slower than we would have liked. However, I can assure you that we have taken what has happened on board and are already exploring ways to prevent this from happening again. In terms of you receiving the review request before the delivery, we do this to allow people to review our service and then add a product review after. We find that this will enable people to give more authentic service reviews since it is fresh in their memory. I don't want to put anyone off your excellent airmesh banner. It is very portable if used with telescopic poles bought on line rather than the wooden ones you offer. But you do need to review your systems. I chased you up by phone on 2 May as I had not had a reply to my enquiries. I paid over the phone that day, and you emailed confirmation saying the proofs would follow and dispatch was expected on 17 May. I checked that the material was the same as our previous order (as your name of it has changed) and then awaited either the proofs or the banner if what I had sent was OK. On Monday 15 May at 8.16 I got a request for feedback, and then a reminder for that feedback at 8.16. I was going to ring you but an email with the proofs arrived the next day at 11.35. Your reply this morning came twice. There's no point asking for a review of a service that has not been completed. In fact it is inviting poor reviews. No reply to this is needed but to repeat, great product, all went perfectly with an order a few years ago, but some systems reviews are now needed. I wish you well.
