They quoted over £19 to deliver an item no larger than a large apple and weighing practically nothing. After complaining told it was due to the packing required etc. Reduced it to £12.95. It arrived...

Good afternoon, thank you very much for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of service you have received. Unfortunately, we no longer use Royal Mail to send any of our orders. This is because they are far too unreliable for us and we find that they do not provide the level of service we would be happy with. Therefore, we use couriers who provide us with a fully tracked overnight delivery service. One of the downsides of this is that the cost of shipping occasionally becomes a significant part of the order total, especially with smaller orders.

Strange as I have the royal mail plastic bag that the article was delivered in !!! It was not sent by courier. If yoy want a picture of the bag then I can send it to you.
