Thank you very much for your feedback and apologies to hear that you are unhappy with the thickness of the fabric. Unfortunately, with flags there is a fine line between a fabric being too thick to the point where it doesn't fly and too thin to the point where the fabric is too transparent. For our printed flags, we use a knitted polyester material, which we believe is the best material for printed flags. However, I will pass your feedback on to the production team for their consideration.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this very detailed review. We are glad to see that you are happy with the quality of the flags and we appreciate your feedback regarding the double sided flag. This is something that we can do on request however, it is not something we do as standard. This is because when the design of the flag contains multiple colours, the stitch normally stands out on at least one of them. For example, if you have a blue flag with white writing and you chose a blue stitch, the stitching would create a line over the white section of the flag which damages the aesthetic the designer was trying to create. That being said, if you reorder the flags in the future and would like this stitching, please let us know, and the artwork studio can include this during the proofing stage.
