Our website only provides the shipping costs during the view basket/checkout phase since delivery charges can vary depending on what is ordered and in what quantity. Obviously, at this stage, you can always choose to not proceed with the order if you are unhappy with the delivery costs. In terms of the payment, we are quite confused about what you were unhappy with. Are you saying you were charged twice or are unhappy since your card was not accepted on the first attempt? We would never suggest that you cannot have just the flag since we make the flags in house. Please may you let us know when you were told this and on what channel of communication (eg. telephone) so that we can investigate this further for you. Improving the quality of our service and products is always our top priority and I believe that with your help we can achieve that.
