Thank you for being a Gray Line customer and taking the time to post a review.  We are very sorry that you were not happier with our service.  We maintain the youngest coach fleet in the Las Vegas market and our coaches have the standard width seats that are found in virtually all US coaches, while we proudly offer up more legroom than is standard.  Regarding the final rest stop we will be looking into your comments as, of course, we want this to be a pleasant experience.  Our choices for stops when traveling through the deserts of the Southwest are limited and that's one of the reason we picked a nationally branded establishments, as they are more likely to maintain standards over time.  This appears not to be case, so rest assured we will be checking it out and making the necessary adjustments.  Sincerely,
