They assume you know what the bus barn is. Checkin was with a representative sitting in a van doorway. Driver was good but again assumed you knew the area.

I had questions and had to call re transfer from bus to boat
We had a problem with the website and after several tries was able to book. Unfortunately, we booked the wrong time. But the people I encountered where incredibly helpful!
