Our original booking was not honoured after paying our deposit and I don't feel golfbreaks did enough to recompense us

Paid a lot of money for the weekend but unfortunately we were not warned about the wedding being held at the hotel and it completely ruined the weekend.

I am sorry to hear that your trip didn't live up to your expectations. Unfortunately as a Golf Tour Operator we do not get warned about any of the venue's bookings, but if we were made aware we would have informed our customers.
