Dear Trevor, Thank you for your 8 of 10 feedback. Firstly, I would like to thank you for your superb loyalty with 22 breaks at Golfbreaks.com. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your break overall. It is a shame to hear about your course maintenance. I have reviewed your booking and can see you booked more than a year in advance, when the dates hadn't been released. I can see that the course in formed us late, to which we then contacted yourselves. In regards to buggies, as you are aware we cannot pre-book buggies in Turkey and we were not alerted of this, to which we apologise. I will pass this through to our product team to pass your feedback on to the venue. I believe that there should be more information given to Tour Operators to let our customers know. I can see your dedicated Customer Service agent has contacted you in regards to your concern. We do look forward to hearing about your next Golfbreaks.com golf break. Kind regards Tim
