Out of stock item not advised when purchasing Delivery not good enough
Waiting a very long time for delivery. No one contacted me to advise out of stock item when I ordered. I will not order again unless by phone to check if in stock first.

I am so sorry that your experience with us has been less than satisfactory.

We have recently just undergone a website upgrade and due to this our stock levels and delivery times were a little off. We are so sorry about this and completely understand the frustration. If in the future you need to call for stock levels just call us at 1300 798 220 and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time. We hope to be able to continue doing business with you in the future.

Hi there,

We are so sorry that your recent experience with Golights has been less than satisfactory. 

Unfortunately sometimes our items do have to travel quite far to get to our customers and not all couriers are as careful as they should be. We also have a 5% price beat so if you find any lights online cheaper than us just send us the link and we will beat it.

We are so sorry this has happened to you and are more than happy to replace or refund you for these broken lights. Just contact us at returns@golights.com.au and we will help you at as fast as possible.

Good value, range, and fast delivery
Good value, range, and friendly helpful service. Postage very reasonable, even better was free over $100, and fast delivery.
