Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I am very sorry you received an incorrect item. I can see that we received your return back on the 8th February. We do ask customers to allow up to 14 days for us to process a return once received by our warehouse. I can see this was fully processed on the 18th February and you should have received email confirmation of a full refund. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but hope this is now resolved for you. Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to come back to us directly.
