Hello , We are saddened to read your review following the first part of the treatment program. We take all feedback very seriously and we are disappointed that you have chosen not to undertake the prescribed course of 3 treatments. The recommended protocol is to have 3 treatments within a 12 month period ( at least 6 weeks apart) as this has been shown to give the maximum benefits in clinical studies. We would encourage you to continue with the course. There will have been some early changes to the collagen and repeated treatments have been seen to give the best results. We would welcome you rebooking for the remainder as advised during consultation.You will also find more information here https://www.thewomenshealth.clinic/vaginal-rejuvenation/ and on your post treatment leaflet which you were given at the time of your first treatment.
It was quite a long time since your first treatment, but we would advise you coming to visit one of our Directors at the same clinic you attended for free. This can be done by contacting our nurse advisor

I’ve had further treatment elsewhere.. I still would not recommend it . Innovo shorts give a much better result and a fraction of the cost
I’m not sure this works for everyone and think they should do an examination before the procedure. Perhaps more research is needed to ascertain when it does and doesn’t work. I feel like I am worse...

Hello
We am sorry to hear that you feel that you have not had any improvement.
We would encourage you to take advantage of prescribed treatment course which is 3
and come back to the clinic where we will give 10% your next treatment you will also still be able
to have the 3rd free of charge as you are still within the year from commencing treatment.

If there was even the slightest improvement I would complete the course but I can’t justify spending that amount without an examination. Is there research in to when it would and wouldn’t expect to be successful?
The nurse was very friendly and explained what the treatment would hope to achieve and what it maybe wouldn't. She examined me and told me what my problems were and how many treatments I would need....

very friendly and accommodating, considering i was travelling from cape town and could only make certain days for appts.
This is a temporary solution literally for a week or so and things go back to normal - a very expensive temporary solution

Very good service. Nurses very professional and knowledgeable. Definite improvement in symptoms of incontinence, able to sneeze with no problem. My last treatment was 5 months ago ( third treatment)...
