Prompt delivery but was told would arrive between 10-11 and delivered at 9.25 - left a note so had to chase and request delivery a bit later, which they did.

You will notice I commented your company as a excellent company, the rating guide should have read ++Excellent the ratings shown as poor was a pure mistake!!
The chainsaw was supplied promptly but subsequently failed on first use. Lynda was very sympathetic was excellent in organising a replacement very quickly.
