The ballot ticket scheme at chias cards was great. Once item was in stock it came pretty much a day or two later. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Excellent service to help real collectors.
Again communication not there about delay in half of the order. I had to email in to ask if was coming in time and for a split order

As explained in email communications, we are very sorry on behalf of the supplier for the delays with the newest Star Wars Unlimited set.
We do our best to inform our customers ahead of time of any delays made aware to us by suppliers. However, occasionally there are some which can happen on the day when we are expecting stock, which is sadly completely out of our control.
I’m glad we were able to help split your order so you could receive the non-delayed stock sooner, and get the delayed items later; as you just so happened to email on the day the delay occurred.
Hopefully, future releases will arrive on time so any future pre-orders can go out smoothly.
