Hi Jeremy, thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry you have a negative view of the service we are running. We are an approved Pokémon retailer, and we are extremely against tampering/weighing packs, any packs you receive are in the condition that we receive from the supplier. We try our best to price single cards fairly but I will make sure to feed back your views to the team.
