Products were damaged on arrival and I was only offered a £2 reimbursement from a £20 order.

Hi,Thank you for taking your time to leave a review for us.I am sorry to hear that your order has been damaged. I have been looking back through the emails and seen what the damage was and again apologise for this. The damage to the boxes was that some of the colouring was missing from a small portion and there was some of the colour on the inside of the storage box. We have refunded 15% on each of the coloured boxes in your order and the refund has been processed back to the original payment method for you.Once again we are sorry that the boxes did not arrive in the condition expected.Kind regardsAndy

Great price for a damaged item. The only thing making this damaged is the outer box isn't there. All the contents are still included in the plastic packaging. Great if you're not after sealed...
Product came quickly after ordering, and slightly before expectation. Was well protected and in mint condition. Would order again, fantastic response in a lockdown
