We are very sorry that the stock was delayed in getting to us for your order. This was something very unexpected and apologised in an email conversation with you too.
I have had a look at the tracking for your order and delivery was attempted on the 31st of July and there was nobody to receive it. which was at the tail end of the 2-5 working day service.
The order is ready for either collection or redelivery via the Royal Mail website and we hope that you have the order as soon as possible.Kind regards Andy

Made a large purchase, with shipping to Australia, and it arrived really quick in perfect condition. I've had domestic deliveries that took longer. Amazing! Will be back for sure.
Item exactly as it should be, price fantastic, made better by a pro code. I knew delivery would be delayed due to a big sale weekend, but still could be improved upon as the only thing I can give...
Bought during there mega discount weekend. prices were fantastic, delivery took a little longer than usual but thats understandable. Got the two Urshifu boxes for under £30 with some great picks.
