They promised to send me my insurance policy papers through the post - rather than just by e-mail. They broke their promise last year & they did the same this year despite me chasing it up.

My policy was renewed without being given the chance to choose, not sure if this is legal but not happy.

well I did send you an email to get another quote but i was ignored, that is why one should not give the card number as you automatic use it to renew it every year.
