We are really sorry about this situation. Due to the Christmas and New Year break, our office has been closed until 4th January and we are still processing the applications received before this date. As you have applied through one of our brokers, the sale confirmation was automatically sent to them. Took 10 days to reply to my request to see a doctor. Still didn’t get to see one. Cancelled my membership after that. No point paying £100 a month if you can’t even reply to an email.

We are sorry that you did not find our service satisfactory. We believe you were able to make use of our virtual GP service shortly after contacting us, but you were unwilling to provide the details of your own current NHS GP. Most UK private medical insurers would require this information to assess a claim, as Freedom does, and we are sorry that you chose to cancel your policy rather than provide these details.

I have just registered with my GP since I moved countries recently, they have no history of me. No point asking them for history, but obviously you ignored that fact.
This is the kind of attitude you can expect from the claims department. They will make Any excuse to pin it on you, attempt to make your claim invalid or delay proceedings so you can’t get the care you need. They are clearly trained to deny claims at all costs.
