Given that the agent is supposed to be working with and for the seller, we didn’t think it was too much to ask for a certain degree of honesty, competence and responsibility. Sadly, we were wrong on all counts. Still waiting for an acknowledgment to my complaint to the Sutton office, unless, like the house keys, that has been lost too.

Would not use again

Good experience at valuation and that’s were the positives end. Pretty much zero communication since we’ve accepted an offer. Promised weekly catch ups which never happened. Poor service overall.

Poor seller customer care

Lots of effort at first, once a buyer was found, the customer care for the seller is not existent. Its all about the buyer I would never use them again
