Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the team in Hastings on Feefo. It is really disappointing to see that you feel the service offered merited a 1* review. I have spoken to both the Branch Manager and the Complaints Dept regarding the £400.00, this figure pertained to a private agreement between yourself and the purchaser for service charges still owed and a futon mattress. Our Complaints Dept. refuted your complaint and offered £75.00 to you.
