Thanks for your comments.I think one of my team spoke to you on the phone today regarding your latest shipment - it was shipped this afternoon. I will personally have a look at your requests on Tuesday when I'm back in the office (Public Holiday in the UK on Monday)and come back to you. We will soon have new functionality on the website so that you can log into your account and choose the items that you want to ship but you can see a certain level of information on your account already. Many thanks for taking the time to respond. We're really sorry that you are unhappy with our services but it was not our intention to make you feel this way. When we received the computer parts we needed to obtain clarification on their function We genuinely didn't know what they were and what was their intended use, so we needed to ask for the information before we could proceed with the shipping of the items. Once we received this from you we acted as quickly as possible to process this through our couriers and forward them onto you.
