Get a new courier.

I was really pleased with the quality of my purchases and the price that I paid but I am not happy with the courier. I recieved an email saying that my parcel had been left securely in my outhouse...

There has been some confusion here and I deeply apologise. I recieved an email asking me to rate purchases I made in November. I based this review on my most recent order of NFL merchandise. On reviewing this again I have realised that my most recent order (the one with the terrible delivery service) was in fact from NFL Store Europe and it is with their courier 'Hermes' with which I have an issue. My items from Football America were of good quality and good value for money and I have no issue with Royal Mail.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you did not receive your order, had we been made aware of this service issue earlier we would certainly have investigated further with our Courier.

Due to the time that has lapsed we are unable to establish the reason for this delivery failure however as gesture of goodwill on this occasion we have refunded the cost of your order.
