We are sorry to hear of your frustrations over this matter. We completely understand that on this occasion our courier service failed which meant you failed to receive the items in the requested time frame. We also apologise that the courier service were unable to help over the weekend but they did manage to rearrange the delivery for you to receive on the Monday, we again apologise that this was after the date when you needed the items by. As soon as you called us directly on Monday we apologised that the delivery service had failed for you on this occasion and when you requested to be refunded in full as you no longer needed the items we were happy to do so and even arranged the return of the goods ourselves to save you any further inconvenience. We were not aware that you were looking for a discount as a full refund was requested and approved straight away. We could have arranged an alternative solution for you had it been requested. We also confirmed by email when the refund had been authorised and advised as standard procedure this takes 3-5 days to appear in your account. We again apologise for the disappointment you have had in our service and to hear that you were not happy with the outcome of Mondays phone calls. Kind Regards, Customer Service Football America UK

Follow up to your comments, and to confirm what happened on the Monday : After 3 days and several phone calls and leaving a voicemail, NOBODY called me back. I chased you up again by ringing late Monday morning. The lady apologised but said there was nothing she could do, other than refund my money. I wanted the items for that particular weekend, but still would have accepted them 4 days later, with an apology and a discount. However, i was only offered my money back. I have since bought two of the items on two different websites. Both were cheaper, And both arrived when they said. I do not wish to change my review. Thank-you.
