We can only apologise for your experience with us on this occasion which we have now identified as an issue with stock being delivered to us from the supplier in incorrect packaging. Checks should be carried out before dispatching an order however we were training new staff at the time and your order clearly slipped thru the net which has been raised as a training issue to prevent a recurrence. The refund of your original postage was offered as a genuine gesture to acknowledge our failing; the replacement item was sent out using a next day courier however due to the timing of your order this did encompass a weekend and subsequently your training for which we apologise. We sincerely hope that this experience has not deterred you from shopping with us again and allowing us the opportunity to reassure you of the service we endeavour to offer to all of our customers
