Thank you for these comments and welcome feedback regarding your delivery. We can see that you placed your order outside of our business hours but that the order was dispatched on the next working day with our standard delivery option which is a 48 hour service as requested. From time to time we see a an unexplained delay in Royal Mail delivery which can be due to a traffic or sorting issue and occasionally an increase in mail going through the system. We can only apologise for any disappointment caused to you on this occasion and reassure you that this issue has been discussed with our account manager.

Really good to read your thoughts and comments on the visit to our store having been an on-line customer previously; the guys here are all involved in the sport in some way and we work hard to bring the community the very best advice, selection and price point that we can, we also work hard to make the physical store as easy to navigate as our website. Your comments regarding restock are really appreciated as this gives us the opportunity to look at areas for further work and improvement and your feedback will be discussed at the next Operations meeting.
