Thank you for your thoughts on your recent helmet purchase and we note your comments. The football helmets of each brand, all arrive with us in plastic bags, being sent in boxes of 12 and needing facemasks attaching according the the customer's choice of style and team colour. They are not so much a retail product in the US being bought in bulk by colleges and the NFL, not individuals as here in the UK. We have not had any reports of damage to helmets during delivery as the box is a good suitable size for the item, with only a small amount of movement possible.
