Great, although trainee flight attendant who had to sit on a specific seat for take off so my family was split up and my 11 year old was sat on her own.

Thank you for your review, we will be investigating your comments further with our partners at BA CityFlyer as a family should not have been asked to move for take off to accommodate crew training and we apologise for this.
