Aeroplane was very neat and clean, staff were smart and helpful.

Great in flight service & flights on time , but the seats on plane are really uncomfortable

Already completed the survey on board the aircraft. I thought the airline was excellent apart from a limited bar service on the return leg.

The direct flights are very good . The only downside is that the food on the aircraft is limited in quantity and if you are seated in the back ,on a full flight ,I would suggest that you purchase...

I did have a problem booking online, so had to call, but after that things were fine. All arrangements went as planned, including transfers in Tenerife.

Very pleased with the no fuss service, love the fly direct from Jersey and hope to the service will be used by others more, with more destinations in future.
