Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you didn't find the Flybe service as satisfactory as the Volotea service and will work on improving this.
Having direct flights is incredibly valuable, especially when you have a baby.
I would have liked to have the option to stay for 2 weeks, however that isn't currently offered.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into fixing the pre-departure email with regards the infant on your booking. Unfortunately the departure gate is subject to change up until the day of travel, so we cannot note it on the email.

At the moment we have very high demand for Malaga on a relatively small aircraft, so have to restrict to 7 nights to maximise the people that are able to go. If we are able to operate with a larger aircraft in future, this may change.
The organization and hotel facilities were both, well positioned for access to the tourist bus routes, efficient and clean.

Super being able to fly out of local airport, reaching destination in 1 & 1/2 hours, fresh and ready to go. Ground- handling was well organised and hotel was well- located, staff polite and rooms...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're delighted that you enjoyed Barcelona and the H10 Casanova Hotel. Whilst we appreciate that the transfer collection is quite early, this is dictated by the transfer company as they can encounter a lot of traffic coming out of the city at times, and need to guarantee that they will get everyone there in time for their flights.
Basically excellent but Palma check in and Volotea trolley services stopped it being rated 5 star
