Your feedback is valuable to us. We are sorry that your initial experience was less positive than we would have hoped. This matter has been addressed and the Heating Engineer who visited you is no longer with the company. But please be assured that Fischer does not believe in the "Salesman" approach, and we understand our customers don't either. Fischer Heating Engineers are trained to an extremely high standard and we certainly do not endorse a "hard-sell".

Following your recent review, please allow us to take this opportunity to correct an inaccuracy within one of your comments. 

You mentioned that you felt the cost was much higher than in Germany. However, this statement is quite misleading and you are incorrect on this point. To clarify, the cost is actually cheaper in the UK - if you would like to be furnished with a copy of the German price list one can certainly be supplied. Thank you for your review - your feedback is valuable and appreciated. We are sorry if you felt overwhelmed - we understand there is a lot of information to take on board when the heating engineers are giving you all of the options. The engineers are trained not to be pushy - we know customers do not respond to these sorts of tactics. We will speak with the engineer and offer further training. With regards to the price we are unable to answer questions until the survey is complete as this will dictate the room measurements and volume, kilowatt requirements etc and this information all lends itself to your final figure. 

We are glad that all is well now. When we spoke on the phone none of the above was mentioned in conversation and we do regret not being given the chance to apologise or assist you further. Moving forwards we know you will be very happy with your new controllable smart storage heating - especially during those nippy spells that we keep getting!
