We're sorry that you chose to give us 3 stars, however, having looked into this matter, this is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction since your installation and no mention of this was made to us using the Installation Checklist you were asked to complete on the day.

The Installation Checklist is provided in order to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the job carried out and gives our customers the opportunity to relay any feedback directly to the office.

Having reviewed your original order, regrettably there is no indication on the paperwork that our installation team were required to re-locate the socket, although we can arrange to have one of our teams visit the property to address this matter, should you wish. This visit would however, incur a Service Call fee as this would fall outside of the scope of the guarantee.

We're glad to hear that your heaters are working well and that otherwise your installation was carried out efficiently and professionally. We are confident that your heaters will make a real difference in your home for many years to come.
