As we're sure you can appreciate, after installation, we cannot ensure that the heater itself has not been subjected to any kind of additional weight or pressure, therefore this does not come under the terms of the guarantee.

I would recommend you, have found the radiator quick to heat up and efficient.The only problem I have is the instructional manual which I find very complicated when I want different days and times.

We're sorry to see you have chosen to leave a 1 star review - When you reported to us that the heater was coming away from the wall this was in fact well over a year after your installation. Had there been an issue with the installation, this would have become apparent much sooner than 1 year later. We informed you that a call out fee would be applicable and you advised that you would get back to us - since then we have heard nothing from you regarding this matter.

Lol Fischer heat also contacted me to ask if they could provide us their energy and as I was telling them about the level of service I had received the guy hung up on mean do you call that good customer service??? But as I said in my earlier comment NO RAWL plugs were fitted to the brackets which were secured to a plaster board wall DOH cowboy installation . Since I carried out fixing them myself the brackets have not moved a single millimetre after a longer time period so it goes to show if the job is done right there are never anything to worry about. I reiterate installed by COWBOYS
