Yet more poor customer service. After having to argue to get someone to come and hear the noise and asses what it is, the electrician hasn’t turned up! To make matters worse, they couldn’t accommodate me on a day that suited me so I’ve had to go to a lot of bother to change my diary at work! Also the surveyor hasn’t bothered to call! I would not recommend this company at all! After care is appalling!

The update now in the long running saga and poor customer service is that my energy consumption has doubled in the winter months! Advised not to keep heaters on longer than 10 hours, I live in a one bedroom flat and work full time so heaters are on max 4 hours a day - sometimes less! Also advised to make sure temp between programmed heat and room temp is only 3 degrees different (was already doing this!), no further help given and not living up to their promise of energy efficiency! The heaters are still making a noise, engineers couldn’t resolve it and I’m awaiting feedback as to what the next step is. Watch this space.......
