In regards to the delivery timing, we are always looking at ways to increase communication between transport and the customer, as we know how crucial the timing of a delivery can be to a customer. Unfortunately, unforeseen complications can arise once the vehicle is on the road going to the customer, be that traffic or accident. This can make it difficult to give exact times for delivery, however it is something we are looking into, to improve further the experience we can provide for our customers.
