overall a good company to do business with

easy to order, good product, delivered in good time. the only thing to improve the service for me would have been to know a better time. I received a email telling me I was 3rd. drop but didn't...

In regards to the delivery timing, we are always looking at ways to increase communication between transport and the customer, as we know how crucial the timing of a delivery can be to a customer. Unfortunately, unforeseen complications can arise once the vehicle is on the road going to the customer, be that traffic or accident. This can make it difficult to give exact times for delivery, however it is something we are looking into, to improve further the experience we can provide for our customers. Nice people, poor service.

Charming people who did not deliver when they said they would and damaged the finish on the fences as they did so. No recompense beyond a can of spray paint offered. Not using them again.

The order placement was great but the delivery was unbelievable with the lorry ordered in such away it was unsafe to off load and the designated person in the office no help. Would not use them again
