Thank you for your feedback, we note your comment about putting a fragile sticker on the parcel. We try our best to protect items in transit, we do invest in our own bespoke packaging and environmentally friendly packing materials. However, we are aware that no matter how hard we try, occasionally an item is damaged in transit. We did upgrade your postage free of charge to a fully tracked service for you, but we appreciate that a parcel sent all the way to Malaysia can have a bit of rough handling which is out of our control. I have emailed you this morning requesting images so that we can view the Komodo tail.
