Thank you, Ann. It is a pleasure to hear you enjoyed the picnics too. Yes, we quite agree, in Sicily, often the simple foods - the pecorino cheese, the bread, olives and tomatoes, eaten al fresco in the heart of the Madonie mountains and washed down with a dash of Perricone or Inzolia, can be some of the best gastronomic experiences.
