We pride ourselves on the quality of our engraving and so are very surprised that it looked as if it was handwritten. As per our email to you, we have suggested a number of options to rectify the situation as it is very important to us that each customer is happy with their purchase. We have also checked the delivery time of your product, and can see you ordered it on late Thursday afternoon and it arrived correctly Two Working Days later on Monday, so our apologies for any confusion on how long it was meant to take.
