Jack is doing a great job and is very quick in responding emails, which is very important. I've only worked with Jack for a few months now, but think he is definitely providing a good service.

... Original role offerred was not relevant to current skill set.
... Looks like an word search had be carried out to match CV, then just email role offerred, but without agency reading through CV that had been short-listed to assess if relevant.
Hopefully lessons can be learnt.

Good person to find a diamond in the rough.
