Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you were delivered the wrong item. Unfortunately our office and warehouse were both closed over the Christmas period and although we have a limited team go in to deal with orders and monitor both emails & enquiries, we were not fully back in the office until 4th January. Excellent service, use them all the time now.

Excellent service throughout. Web site easy to navigate, payment page simple and regular updates on delivery times. Good selection of products and good prices. Telephone technical backup is excellent.
