When an order is placed either online or by telephone the email used/given is the automatically emailed confirmation as our software system is set up to do this. We can only email details regarding orders to email addresses given to us and use the records provided by our customers.

Easy as you like and great price

Ordered the valve and it arrived the next day - great communication about delivery status with the option to have it delivered to a nearby pick up shop which made it so convenient
