When you receive a feedback request from Feefo, it advises you to ensure you have contacted the seller to make them aware of any issues before leaving your review. Unfortunately, you did not do this and therefore, we were unable to help you. However, after checking your order I can confirm that you ordered the silver chain and not the gold-filled chain.
