The company should provide all costs in an initial quote. I wasnt advised I had to purchase insurance, a padlock and provide a security deposit of approx £140 until after I had paid my reservation...

It would have been helpful to know that the unit was on the 4th floor. Perhaps you should have different rates for the higher floors?
