We apologize for your experience and the misinformation presented to you. Our sales team will always take the time to ensure the you are aware of the full amount you are approved for and how you can use those funds to help consolidate your other debts. We are sorry if that left you feeling pressured or forced to take an amount higher than you needed in the end and we have addressed the feedback further internally to ensure our customers are set up for success when borrowing with easyfinancial services to the best of our ability.
