Thank you for your feedback Alison. We do not keep spares in stock. Once identified, the replacement parts were shipped direct from the manufacturer so apologies if this took longer than expected.

Thank you for your comments Lucy. When orders are in a pro-forma basis and we do not receive a payment remittance advising payment has been made, we follow up with several emails to ask when we can expect payment. When we don't get a response to these we assume the order is no longer required and cancel the details from our system.
I understand when you did query your order and told us when you made payment we were able to locate it straight away and raise a duplicate order so we could get the unit to you ASAP. I hope this clarifies things?
