Not so helpful over the phone but the website was very easy to use and delivered very quickly.

Sorry I don't have a name and wouldn't feel right pointing the finger anyway. I just found all the queries I asked the girl were met with the response "check the website" even when asking simple questions about sizing and availability. Overall I am very happy with the end result each robe looks brilliant and the delivery was very fast but if you hadn't been recommended to me so highly it would have been enough for me to not place such a large order.
The service was excellent, and delivery was quicker than expected

Thanks for the feedback. Really sorry that you did not like the colour of robe. It is black but not a jet black and we have actually changed it to a Dark Black when our next shipment comes in.
Regarding the quality I`m surprised you were not happy as this is by far our most popular robe and we get very few complaints on the quality. On the odd occasion we get them returned as their is a fault so if you did want to return it to us for a refund then that won`t be a problem.

Really quick service and excellent quality. One tiny niggle -- one of the thread colours I asked for was changed for a different colour but as it looked great I didn't do anything about it.
