Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the voice verification system, and appreciate you taking the course. State rules indicate us to verify that the person taking the course is indeed that person. The state also requires a certain amount of time spent on each topic. It is cumbersome, but having someone on the road who did not actually take the course and/or test in full is not safe.

Frustrating to use, badly edited and poor quality videos, grammar and punctuation mistakes throughout. Not recommended.
