Drive South Africa is more reliable, affordable and convenient. One concern is turnaround time in responding to queries, kindly improve on that since that is below par.

Thank you very much for taking the time to rate our service.
Due to the vast number of enquiries received on a daily basis our turnaround time on enquiries are sometimes slightly longer, but our specialised team of consultants work very hard to send a response within 2 hours.
We have followed up on your enquiry and can revert that the consultant replied after 9 minutes, which is well within the allocated time.
