We have followed up with the Supplier and can confirm that the Security Deposits were released to your account on the 10th and 14th of December 2017 respectively. These normally take between 3-7 working days to reflect.
A copy of both receipts have been emailed to you. We would suggest that you please contact your bank with the reference numbers and request for them to release the funds as the hold would be on their side.
