Prompt response and provision of best rate for car hire.
What I like about them is that they are quick to respond with a quote when you send an email and also when you call them you don't wait for ever for someone to answer the phone.
Drive SA's service was excellent but Europcar supplied me with a car that had worn out tyres and they had a nerve to indicate this when they did the car check up.

We have followed up and received feedback from the Supplier who have also provided us with the Inspection Report by a Reputable Service Centre. We can confirm that the tread is between 4 and 5mm, which is well above the replacement standard of the Supplier.
They do indicate on the report once the Tyres get to a certain tread to be able to keep a record on their side to refer back to.
