We are very sorry that you did not receive the vehicle you had hoped for. Group specifications are issued by the Supplier and indicated for our client's reference on our website as well as on our correspondence thereafter.
I can confirm that the VW Polo is included in the group you selected and unfortunately we can not request specific vehicles from the group.

With regards to the N$500 charge - This is an admin fee (charged per incident by the Supplier) and is stipulated in the Terms & Conditions under excludes.
